Counseling
$65-One Hour session

Reiki
Comfort Scale Fee
30 min.- $30
40 min. - $40
50 min. - $50

Support Group
$10 per class
Paid in full for a series (i.e. 8 weeks=$80)

Chair Yoga
$11 per class
Paid in full for a series (i.e. 4 weeks=$44)
10% Senior Discount

Private Chair Yoga Lessons
$40 per session
($30 minimum)

Group Lessons for Company, Corporate or other Private Classes
$75 per class.
(Min. 8 participants).

Payment Arrangements Available upon request for those who are unemployed, facing a life threatening illness, or other financial hardships.

I do not bill third party insurance, however some insurance providers will reimburse or offer special incentives for "wellness" programs. Please check with your insurance provider to see if any of my services fall into any catagories for wellness or health services.

I strive to keep my fees fair and affordable.
My intention is to always help those who are wanting to help themselves,
which is why I make special payment arrangements for those with special circumstances.

Policies

Kindly give a 24 hr. notice if you are unable to keep an appointment by calling
413-569-0444 and leave a message.
DO NOT email or text message cancellations.

If you incur any no show/no cancellation call appointments, you will be billed for the sessions. Our work together will be terminated after two missed appointments without proper cancellation.

During inclement weather please check the website or call to see if there are any cancellations.
