At times in life we come up against pain and personal challenges. These issues can manifest in the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual realms. Through exploration and guidance I strive to help you find a deeper awareness of your own personal truth and wisdom that lies beneath layers of pain or difficulties. Together we can come up with answers, solutions, new possibilities and release of old ways of coping that no longer serve you.

Each session is personalized based upon individual needs.
A variety of methods will be utilized and could include:
dialogue, inner child work, goal setting, energy healing, yoga, meditation, spiritual practices, art, body awareness, breathwork and more.

My intention is to help you improve the quality of your life through stress reduction, building self-esteem, learning coping skills, boundaries and taking proper care of your body, mind and spirit. The goal is to bring you to a more peaceful, whole, joyous and balanced life!

Counseling
$65-One Hour session
$80-One and 1/4 Hour session
Payments can be made by cash, check, money order or online with PayPal.
Insurance is not accepted.

Payment Arrangements Available upon request for those who are unemployed, facing a life threatening illness, or other financial hardships.

Policies

Kindly give a 24 hr. notice if you are unable to keep an appointment by calling
413-569-0444 and leave a message.DO NOT email or text message cancellations.
Being more then 15 min. late without calling will result in a cancellation.

If you incur any no show/late/non-cancelled appointments, you will be billed for the sessions. Our work together will be terminated after two missed appointments without proper cancellation.
