This specialty class is for those new to yoga, people seeking stress reduction, elderly, disabled, pregnancy and those in recovery from illness, injury or surgery, overweight or workers who sit at a desk all day!
Benefits include; relaxation, stress reduction, flexibility, 
mental clarity, strengthening and toning of muscles,
improved breathing and more!

Policies:
There are no refunds once you have paid and registered
Four passes will be issued for each series. They expire at the end of each session.
Passes can be shared with friends/family/co-workers if you are unable to attend or want someone to join you, within the session dates.
The decision to run a class is based upon enrollment.
In the event of a class cancellation all payments will be refunded within 14 business days.

Janice Pagano,  Certified Yoga Instructor, will guide you through a series of traditional yoga poses and deep breathing techniques that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. Janice has been a yoga practitioner for over 15 years and was certified in October 2007 at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA in Lakshmi Voleker's  Get Fit Where You Sit Chair Yoga training. These classes are specifically designed for bringing yoga to all people, even if they are unable to get on the floor to a yoga mat.

Class Preparation: Do not eat a heavy meal before class. Wear loose comfortable clothing. You may bring a pad/pillow for the chair if you need extra support, a water bottle, and anything else that will make you comforable. Please notify the instructor of any new limitations/illness/medications you are working with
prior to the start of a class.

***Due to chemical sensitivities and allergies, please refrain from wearing perfumes or heavily scented detergents or body products***


PRIVATE YOGA  LESSONS

If you are unable to come to a class or want more personalized instruction,
we can meet in my office or in your home. In a private session we will explore breathing exercises, and traditional yoga asanas (exercises/postures) from a chair or a mat in a beginner format. An assessment will be made to determine your strengths, weaknesses and goals.These sessions will work all the major muscle groups and will help you strengthen and tone your muscles as well as leaving you
relaxed and recharged!
